Due to our desire to keep this program personalized and give a variety of counselors an opportunity to visit Beloit College, submitting this form does not guarantee that you will be invited, however, we will keep you on the list to be considered for future events.

For our Thursday, April 15, 2026 to Friday, April 16, 2026 program, we anticipate making invitations to counselors by mid-March. Invited counselors will have at least 2 weeks to request supervisor permission if needed and book travel.
