Final Transcripts As part of the enrollment process, Beloit College requests official documentation that you have successfully completed your secondary school requirements. What is considered a final transcript? For students graduating from high schools within the United States, your final transcript should contain all of the coursework you completed in high school, be sent to us after your graduation, and have your graduation date noted on the transcript. For international students, you should send documentation that signifies successful completion of secondary school in your country. In some cases, this is a transcript with your graduation noted, and other times it may be final national examination results or a graduation certificate. When should I send it? Please send your final transcript to Beloit Admissions as soon as possible after you've graduated, and your high school has the records available. For fall enrolling students, July 15 is our prefered deadline. How can I send it to Beloit? We receive transcripts from electronic transcript services like Parchment, high school records staff will email them to us at schoolforms@beloit.edu, your counselor can submit them as part of your Common Application, and if your school uses a program like Naviance, SCOIR, Slate.org, or Maia Learning, we can receive them through those services, too.I've sent my transcript, but why isn't it marked as complete? Please allow a few business days for processing. If you are not seeing your transcript marked as received after a few days have passed, check in with your admissions counselor. It could be that we need to change how things are coded in our system, or it could mean that your transcript was missing some grades or dates and wasn't considered final. What about other transcripts or credits? If you have completed dual enrollment courses at a college, or have AP or IB scores you wish to be considered for credit, it's a good idea to make sure you've sent those, too.
